Review Original Movie Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation Play Moviez

Name : Peter Rainer / Alias : Christian Science Monitor
Ghost Protocol is a very good thrill ride and Cruise is better than he's been in a long time.

Name : Steven Rea / Alias : Philadelphia Inquirer
Though not quite as front-to-finish satisfying as J.J. Abrams' Mission: Impossible III, Bird's installment nonetheless rocks.

Name : Colin Covert / Alias : Minneapolis Star Tribune
[Bird's] fresh touch gives breathless energy, tremendous excitement and, above all, humor to what could have been a wearying genre exercise.

Name : Joe Morgenstern / Alias : Wall Street Journal
It's not the generic plot that's so memorable, even though its convolutions are clever enough, or the cast of mostly interesting characters, but the surreal swirl of form and color that frequently fills the enormous screen.

Name : Tom Long / Alias : Detroit News
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol is top-notch popcorn entertainment, chock-full of dazzling stunts and heroic moments, played out at a near-hysterical pitch.

Name : Wesley Morris / Alias : Boston Globe
In its way, the movie has old-Hollywood elegance. The scope and sets are vast, tall, and cavernous, but Bird scales down for spatial intimacy.

Name : Stephen Whitty / Alias : Newark Star-Ledger
The eye-candy - from high-tech gadgets to gorgeous people - has only been ratcheted up. And so has the excitement.

Name : Claudia Puig / Alias : USA Today
Mission:Impossible - Ghost Protocol is easily the best of the lot.

Name : Keith Phipps / Alias : AV Club
Bird brings a scary amount of assurance to Ghost Protocol. His action scenes are clean, coherent, thrilling, and visceral.

Name : Peter Travers / Alias : Rolling Stone
This is Cruise's show and the actor brings the role a startling athletic grace and becoming maturity. If someone asks you what a true movie star is, point to Cruise.

Name : J. R. Jones / Alias : Chicago Reader
As usual with the series, the movie combines a plot line a toddler could understand with gadgets that would baffle an engineering Ph.D.

Name : Andrew O'Hehir / Alias : Salon.com
The most exciting action flick of the year, by a huge margin.

Name : Glenn Kenny / Alias : MSN Movies
.it's pretty much state-of-the-art.

Name : Bill Goodykoontz / Alias : Arizona Republic
Bird is an interesting choice for the franchise and, as it turns out, a pretty inspired one.

Name : Ian Buckwalter / Alias : NPR
This film exists purely to dazzle and thrill, and by that measure, it delivers expertly, never lagging despite a lengthy 133-minute running time.

Name : Chris Vognar / Alias : Dallas Morning News
The literal and figurative high point of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol comes at about the halfway point, in and around the tallest building in the world in Dubai.

Name : Kenneth Turan / Alias : Los Angeles Times
Bird has done a stylish and involving job here, turning in an entertaining production that's got considerable visual flair, especially in its action-heavy Imax sections.

Name : Nick Pinkerton / Alias : Village Voice
If the M:I films are immune to the tarnish on the Cruise brand, it's precisely because their spectacle requires us to be impressed by Ethan Hunt, not to like him.

Name : Lou Lumenick / Alias : New York Post
A largely successful attempt to reboot the moribund franchise that turns out to be probably the most entertaining installment since Brian De Palma's series opener from 15 years ago.

Name : James Berardinelli / Alias : ReelViews
Ghost Protocol is big and brassy, doing many of the things its predecessors did but, in the words of Nigel Tufnel, turning them up to "11."

Name : Michael Phillips / Alias : Chicago Tribune
Manages to be a pretty good time for much of its overgenerous 132 minutes.

Name : Amy Biancolli / Alias : San Francisco Chronicle
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol was directed by Brad Bird (The Incredibles), whose first stab at a live-action feature preserves the buzzy exhilaration and carefree absurdity of a cartoon.

Name : Elizabeth Weitzman / Alias : New York Daily News
There's a good chance you'll get so caught up in what they're doing, you won't even notice how stiff and inhuman the actors appear.

Name : Owen Gleiberman / Alias : Entertainment Weekly
Powered by Cruise's moxie, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol proves that in a Hollywood action-ride culture drenched in fake adrenaline, it's cathartic to encounter the real thing.

Name : Alonso Duralde / Alias : TheWrap
It's a rousing gasp machine that gives the flagging franchise the kick in the pants it sorely needed, and it marks the most impressive segue from cartoons to features since Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.

Name : Liam Lacey / Alias : Globe and Mail
[A] big, shiny, ever-moving toy of a movie.

Name : Dan Kois / Alias : Slate
Along with many other things, the fourth Mission: Impossible movie also functions as a primer on how to use IMAX technology to immerse an audience.

Name : Soren Anderson / Alias : Seattle Times
The plot is simply an excuse to show off all that whiz-bang technology.

Name : Joe Williams / Alias : St. Louis Post-Dispatch
[Bird] applies the pacing and spatial freedom of a 'toon to a live-action thriller.

Name : Roger Ebert / Alias : Chicago Sun-Times
"Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol" is a terrific thriller with action sequences that function as a kind of action poetry.

Name : Peter Howell / Alias : Toronto Star
The real mission is to renew a stale franchise, and here Ghost Protocol largely succeeds, on the strength of good action scenes - including an IMAX-enhanced Dubai skyscraper dangle by Cruise - and the good humour of a well-chosen cast.

Name : Richard Corliss / Alias : TIME Magazine
I'm thinking it, so I might as well say it: Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol is no Fast Five.

Name : David Denby / Alias : New Yorker
"Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol" is sheer hurtling mechanism-and it's great silly fun.

Name : Ann Hornaday / Alias : Washington Post
Possesses the requisite number of expertly choreographed how'd-they-do-that scenes, as well as some terrific supporting performances from "Mission: Impossible" veterans and newcomers.

Name : Rene Rodriguez / Alias : Miami Herald
The wait for a great action movie is finally over. Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol is pure popcorn of the highest, most flavorful order, and it's good for you, too.

Name : William Goss / Alias : Film.com
Just as newly gritty heroes seem to have run their course (fingers crossed), Cruise and Bird are doing their damnedest to maintain the escapist thrills that we as audiences will always choose to accept.

Name : Manohla Dargis / Alias : New York Times
Gets back to action basics with globe-trotting, nifty gadgets, high-flying stunts and less loquacious villainy.

Review Discount $100 For Regarder Filmes The Gunman Movies

Name : Betsy Sharkey / Alias : Los Angeles Times
Part of the contract that movies of this sort forge with moviegoers is that the reasons for all the running and gunning won't get in the way of the action. "The Gunman" doesn't play by those rules.

Name : Christopher Orr / Alias : The Atlantic
A dull, generic retread, made far worse by Penn's self-seriousness as an actor, by the banal political pieties he's grafted on as producer and co-writer, and by the presence of a pitifully retrograde female lead role.

Name : Claudia Puig / Alias : USA Today
The only redeeming feature about The Gunman is its exotic locations.

Name : Wesley Morris / Alias : Grantland
I object to The Gunman because it's unconvincing and incoherent.

Name : Peter Rainer / Alias : Christian Science Monitor
I doubt The Gunman will do much to advance Penn's foray into action-hero bankability, and that's probably a good thing. He's too fine an actor to be mired in nonstop shootouts while flashing his pecs and looking scowly.

Name : Peter Keough / Alias : Boston Globe
If the film's intent is to condition the audience into a distaste for violence through boredom, it succeeds.

Name : Chris Nashawaty / Alias : Entertainment Weekly
The kind of film that can't be bothered to do any more with its Spanish setting than have a showdown at a bullfight.

Name : Michael Phillips / Alias : Chicago Tribune
It's a tasty cast, but the script does not do its job in crucial areas, letting the audience get way, way out ahead of the reveals.

Name : Joe Neumaier / Alias : New York Daily News
There's a grubby, redemptive quality that makes this tough-minded flick feel like the son of "Serpico" and "Salvador."

Name : Mick LaSalle / Alias : San Francisco Chronicle
It succeeds, partly because the moral climate it presents seems so confused, but mainly because of Penn's particular aura of irascible integrity.

Name : Rafer Guzman / Alias : Newsday
A lightweight thriller posing as a heavy political drama, or vice-versa. Not thoughtful and no fun.

Name : Ignatiy Vishnevetsky / Alias : AV Club
The Gunman is too disorganized and sloppy to make sense as political commentary or to work on the most basic level as a globe-trotting chase thriller.

Name : Bill Goodykoontz / Alias : Arizona Republic
"The Gunman" is a predictable slog through action-movie tropes, and Penn's intensity isn't a good fit.

Name : A.O. Scott / Alias : New York Times
Mr. Penn, aiming for weary, battered intensity, settles into a zone somewhere between fatigue and indigestion.

Name : James Berardinelli / Alias : ReelViews
Penn is dour and not the least bit heroic in this movie. He survives the action sequences but neither they nor his participation in them gets the blood pumping.

Name : Peter Travers / Alias : Rolling Stone
The Gunman degenerates into dreary setups for guns and gore. Penn merits more. So do we.

Name : Andrew O'Hehir / Alias : Salon.com
I've pretty much always enjoyed watching Penn in everything, not despite of his hambone tendency to milk every moment of every shot but because of it. This stupid movie is no exception .

Name : Alonso Duralde / Alias : TheWrap
What begins and ends as an exploration of Western exploitation of the Congo mostly follows the standard track of the retired hit-man who realizes that he hasn't quite yet eluded the sins of the past.

Name : Tom Huddleston / Alias : Time Out
Too often feels like just another slice of brainless Eurotrash, packed with saw-it-coming plot twists, half-hearted car chases and an angsty hero with zero charisma.

Name : Jocelyn Noveck / Alias : Associated Press
OK, we've seen the biceps and the abs. Very nice. Now, back to the brain.

Name : Andrew Lapin / Alias : NPR
A dum-dum action picture that briefly pretends to be about world aid before returning to muscular, middle-aged men beating the snot out of each other.

Name : Tony Hicks / Alias : San Jose Mercury News
It devolves into a mess of worn plot lines. If Morel wanted to give Penn's career new life as a world-weary action hero, he missed his target.

Name : Ann Hornaday / Alias : Washington Post
"The Gunman" may start as a genre exercise of promising purpose, but it winds up being just a lot of bull.

Name : Steven Rea / Alias : Philadelphia Inquirer
Obviousness prevails.

Name : Ben Sachs / Alias : Chicago Reader
I can imagine Sean Penn agreeing to star in this Taken knockoff on the condition that it educate moviegoers about humanitarian crises in Africa; it does, but the film feels misshapen as a result.

Name : Soren Anderson / Alias : Seattle Times
Yes, there are plot holes aplenty, but the action is tautly staged by Morel and that makes "The Gunman" a satisfactory time-passer.

Name : Guy Lodge / Alias : Variety
Sadly, Penn's veiny, sweat-glazed biceps are the most objectively impressive feature of this rote, humorless thriller, a distinctly unconvincing attempt to refashion the star . as a middle-aged action hero in the Liam Neeson mold.

Name : Rene Rodriguez / Alias : Miami Herald
Penn remains a furiously committed method actor, even in a paycheck role such as this one. But he's not enough to prevent the film from becoming the same-old.

Name : Stephanie Zacharek / Alias : Village Voice
Penn's need to be seen as a guy of integrity is left naked in The Gunman, but at least he's having some fun with the action-movie trappings, and with taking his shirt off.

Name : Peter Howell / Alias : Toronto Star
Whatever else we might think of Sean Penn's bid for an active middle age via The Gunman, we can't doubt his enthusiasm.

Name : Richard Roeper / Alias : Chicago Sun-Times
Rarely, though, have two Academy Award-winning actors been so stunningly off the mark in the same movie.

Name : Liam Lacey / Alias : Globe and Mail
Like a queasy blend of Still Alice and The Bourne Identity.

Name : Stephen Whitty / Alias : Newark Star-Ledger
The actors are good and the action is thrilling. And if the film isn't quite as seriously political as I'm guessing Penn told himself it was, it's definitely an offbeat change of pace for us.

Name : Joe Williams / Alias : St. Louis Post-Dispatch
A well-executed thriller that leaves us stirred but not shaken.

Name : Kyle Smith / Alias : New York Post
Watching Penn pump iron and denounce capitalism for two hours would be roughly as illuminating as this monotonous Euro-thriller.

Name : Leslie Felperin / Alias : Hollywood Reporter
Ultimately this feels like a vanity project designed to do for Penn's bankability, Africa, Spain and mercenaries what the Taken franchise did for Liam Neeson, Paris and Albanian gangsters.

Name : Colin Covert / Alias : Minneapolis Star Tribune
Penn and his fellow actors are fine at conversation, but there are more dialogue-driven subplots here than a movie full of bullets and land mines requires.

Name : Rex Reed / Alias : New York Observer
Unfortunately, nobody ever won an Oscar for washboard abs. And nobody is going to win five seconds of admiration for 115 minutes of tedium in The Gunman.
